The standard membership commitment for 2017-2018 is $1,900 per family or 1.8% of household income, whichever is higher. We also ask each member family to contribute $200 for the Building Fund. This support helps cover the operating expenses of BIJ and allows us to provide spiritual, educational and social opportunities for all our members.

BIJ will not turn away any member due to their inability to meet the financial commitment of the Standard Member commitment.  We do not ask for personal financial information, but ask only that if you feel that paying the Standard Member level will be a significant financial strain and will cause you or your family hardship that you contact the Synagogue Administrator to make appropriate financial arrangements.
